    Generally not, but it's undeniable how often that happens to him in particular. It's because he's slow and has poor positioning, so he doesn't get a proper block in, just deflections and own goals.

    His effort to close down Richarlison was pathetic. One on one is his best quality as a RB. He jogged back into position to let Richarlison turn and gave him a free pass which they scored from. He could have prevented that chance.
     
    Why do we never go to the second ball? Our anticipation is so poor.

    we've faded since the goal. it was an unlucky deflection but the defending was poor, especially from AWB who was slow to get across and then when the ball went right across the area

    Not so obvious whether that's because of Maguire or the team frequently getting stuck in these potentially unlucky situations. Or both, which I'd argue.
     
    Fred going off is a big problem…..gonna miss his work rate
