    Leaked XI

De Gea Lindelof Smalling Jones Dalot Matic Fred Pogba Rashford Lukaku Martial

I thought Shaw was back now.

We will be extremely disjointed with that line-up. We have pace in the side so will probably nick a scrappy goal or two against a poor Everton side but the play wont be pretty.

Dalot and Lindelof wont do much out of position, Fred will look poor doing all the running for 3 positions on his own, and Martial and Rashford will be isolated with Lukakus lack of link up play.

A lot of matic detractors but look at the results whilst hes been out.
Not sure his absence had anything to with our forwards playing like they’d suffered collective brain injuries. On an individual level though McTominay has impressed me more than Matic recently.

He still puts himself in the right places much like Carrick always did but there is no denying his legs have almost gone and he gets caught out on the ball a lot more than he used to. It puts a massive workload on his midfield partners.

Momentum building game here. Just please get no injuries and have a nice confident performance. This could propel the team through the rest of the season. Here’s hoping.

Our full back situation is on Mourinho. He refused to sort it last year and said that he thought Ashley Young was good enough to play 50 games this season.

Valencia and Young are finished and Shaw is suspended. What other options does Ole have? Darmian? Another player not good enough to play for us.

everton have been really solid at home. Last 3 games at home were liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal and they got 2 wins and a draw. Massive test for us and could be on the backfoot early.

Didnt he want to sign Perisic? The board didn't sign him.

    12:29KEY EVENT
    United line up
United XI: De Gea, Lindelof, Smalling, Jones, Dalot; Matic, Fred, Pogba; Rashford, Lukaku, Martial.

I like the lineup( except Jones of course). I hope that Rashford goes right and Lukaku in the box.

    Everton team
Starting XI: Pickford, Coleman, Keane, Zouma, Digne, Schneiderlin, Gueye, Richarlison, Sigurdsson, Bernard, Calvert-Lewin
Subs: Stekelenburg, Jagielka, Walcott, Tosun, McCarthy, Davies, Lookman

    Manchester United team
Starting XI: De Gea (c), Jones, Lindelof, Smalling, Dalot, Fred, Matic, Pogba, Lukaku, Martial, Rashford
Subs: Romero, Young, Andreas, Lingard, Mata, McTominay, Alexis

Three changes from our thrashing by Barcelona with Dalot, Matic and Lukaku coming in for Young, McTominay and Lingard.
Why are we playing Lindelof at RB again? Just use Darmian. Shame to see Matic back, knew he would be though. Front 3 was a coin toss as all our forwards are playing crap, I guessed Sanchez over Martial.

I just don't get the shifting Lindelof to right back thing... I'd say at least it isn't Young in the starting XI but Lindelof didn't exactly excel when played there.

Decent lineup with the choices available. Worried about Matic though, he wasn't good before he got injured. Huge game for us either way

Sanchez apparently ready to start and yet he's not given the chance. Good to see Young not starting though.

Schnderlein starts for Everton.:nono: Michael Keane also returns, think that's a weak spot you can exploit.

Who's playing left back for Man. United or is it a back 3?

I went for Lingard, Lukaku, Rashford. Really surprised Martial starts again as he has been woeful since pretty much the change in management. I'd rather see Young or Darmian in the side than playing someone out of position at RB, and agree about Matic.
