    I probably didn't say anything to you but I would have disagreed with you at that time.

    But 100% agree on the work rate and attitude issues.

    Wants the ball when things are good. If not goes hiding.

    What has smalling done wrong? even in a position thats not his best.
     
    Honestly we need to change a lot at both club and team level. So many of these players are either bottlers, having their heads turned, or simply not good enough. The sad thing is that it's going to take a long time. Probably upwards of five years if we start this summer. There are so many players to get rid of and there's no way we'll do it all at once. There's also no way we'll spend the kind of money this will require and it doesn't look like Woodward wants a DoF stepping on his toes either. This kind of football and league position are here to stay for a while.

    I don’t mind being in Europa provided we change the team a lot. The only reason we won the Europa League is because Mourinho played full strength which completely ruined our league campaign.

    Truth is we are

    1. Playing with a defence that hasn't been upgraded / changed since Fergie-era
    2. Playing an okay-winger in his time as our captain and primary right back
    3. Dealing with the mess from Moyes - Jose
    4. Focusing more on the commercial side of things
    5. Have a spineless and gutless team that need to have boots kicked into their faces.
     
    It is like half our team has already given up. There is no fight at all and we are not doing anything well. De Gea has been rubbish again. Smalling has been off. Dalot totally destroyed. Matic too slow. Fred not knowing what to do at all and just going around. Pogba done a nice pass and then been totally invisible and not moving enough. Martial totally off. Lukaku and Rashford being far too static and not knowing what to do.

    A lot is on Ole. If players show terrible attitude then you need to bloody bench them. Motivate them!

    We need to have a great window though and bring in players with drive and desire to be the very best. Not more mercenaries.

    What a midfield performance.

    A DM who doesn't even close down an opposing player, or send him on his weak foot and instead lets him smash the ball in from 25 yards. A Midfield that isnt winning the ball. Defense completely exposed

    If a team spends most of the game sitting back and not try to control the game but counter when provided an opportunity, its a good sign that the squad is not anywhere good enough for a top club.
     
    To be THIS shit is an achievement, really. Everyone is shit. There isn't a single redeeming aspect of our performance so far. Amazing.
     
    We can't seem to get the ball from defence to the bloody midfield much less to the forwards. Ole needs to get in some more experienced people on his coaching staff.
