Everton playing a back 3?
You have to laugh really. We showed attacking intent and more fluidity in our play against Palace with Schneiderlin, Rooney and Mata and Vangle reverts back to the Carrick - Fellaini shite for probably our most important game this season so far.
That midfield is slow as hell and Rooney better have a stormer. I think it is more that Rooney just gets in, If it is too slow he might have to make a change eventually. I didn't have Ander in my side, I was more worried that he was the one left out completely. Sorry for Morgan getting dropped all the time. Why are people moaning? We've made one change from our win against West Ham, with Rooney coming in for Herrera.
rivers?
This. Spot on.Last match we played with pace and intent in attack. Darmian also got a much needed confidence boost with his assist and goal, plus MOTM award.
LvG's reaction:
Entirely change the midfield into our slowest possible combination. Replace Darmian with our worst option for left back in Rojo. Also leave out Valencia who would have occupied Leighton Baines, dulling his attacking threat.
I mean, he could accidentally risk that we actually played with some pace in attack, and that Darmian actually got into form for the remainder of the season, since confidence seems to be a huge issue for him. This must be avoided at all cost, seeing how a proper midfield and Darmian at left-back just would be to sane, logical and obvious.
....I swear to God, the sooner this baboon goes into full time bacalao management at his residence in Portugal the happier I will be.
Am I the only one who thinks Rojo isn't as bad as most believe? He can cross the ball real nice at least.
How did you manage that? Are you LvG?team I expected 11/11
Think he wants to show faith to the guys that did it against West Ham. It's a shite team though.
feck you really channelled your inner van Gall didn't youteam I expected 11/11
Trying to score goals is too risky for Van GaalLast match we played with pace and intent in attack. Darmian also got a much needed confidence boost with his assist and goal, plus MOTM award.

As if 22 months weren't enough.Let's give the game 45 minutes at least before judging how the game will go.
