    -----------De Gea-------------
    McNair Smalling Blind CBJ
    ------Schneiderlin Herrera----
    ---Memphis--Mata-- Januzaj---
    ------------Rooney-------------

I would rest Martial. Already looking burnt out.

I have a feeling this is LVG's last game with us if we lose it

For reasons I can't explain, I feel if we lose and play as bad as usual he will be sacked that very same night

You must have real difficulty explaining your feelings if you can't explain why you think he might be sacked if he loses in the FA Cup to a Championship side after losing at home to Southampton and winning just 2 games in 2 months.

I mean what could the reason possibly be? Search within yourself.

No interest in watching it, the thought is too depressing. No idea for the starting line up with so many injured. Just hope we manage a win and if we don't I want VG gone. He has difficulty because of the number of defenders out but even so he should be able to produce better results with the players in the squad.

I want to see CBJ, Pereira and Januzaj start. And I'd like Will Keane to get some minutes off the bench too.

LVG will send the same players out and tell them to do the same thing...

There will be one goal in it and the odds are pretty equal as to which side will score said goal.

I live in Derby - there's real belief here that you're for the taking. Derby can play good football - I have to admit I'm siding with the locals...

You guys have lost your aura

I think this will suit LVG really, it's teams prepared to sit back and go for the draw that cause us problems.

Looking forward to this been to Pride Park a few times years ago to see United. Back in the days of Deon Burton and Wanchope. They were mostly tight games. Will go for 2-1 United.

Would like to see this team

    De Gea

    Varela Smalling Blind CBJ

He'll play this game like he did the Newcastle one, we'll likely win 3-2 and he'll be given more breathing space, he'll then revert to the norm against Stoke and the a whole process will start again.

    De Gea
    McNair Smalling CBJ
    Blind
    Januzaj Fellaini Schneiderlin Pereira
    Rooney Memphis

I have no clue what I am doing :lol::lol::lol:

think we'll grind out an ugly win and save LVG's blushes temporarily, not that it really matters because I don't think we're good enough to win the thing, especially with van gaal at the helm. wouldn't be surprised if we lose, however.

barely beat Sheffield, barely beat liverpool (who let 4 in against Norwich), lost to the saints. We are at the point now that it just doesn't matter. We will play shit and either crash out or get some lucky chance to nick a win/draw. Don't know if i can even bring myself to get up at 3am to watch it. Sigh.

Come on, thank Louis for his efforts and let's go and win this 4-0. Get OT rocking again.

Think this will be like the Stoke game, we'll lose and it will look like that's it. The press will go into overdrive and run with stories about ultimatums and him resigning. But then because the next game is just a few days away, he'll remain.

We'll sneak a win in the following game and he will talk about the players fighting for him or something.

I dont think he's going anywhere. We are stuck with him.I think by the end of his tenure here, he'll be as beloved as David Moyes. Maybe even more.

Hopefully, some players will get rested and we'll see hungry youngsters.

    Romero
    Varela -- McNair - Rojo/Jones(fit?) -- CBJ
    Fellaini -- Herrera
    Januzaj -- Perreira -- Depay
    Martial

I might be going to this game and I couldn't be less excited, makes me think I'd be better saving my money. Though we seem to be better away than at home though, so maybe it could be worth it?

    26% Derby 1-0 United. Ouch.

    Hehehe.

I would point out that we went out of the CL.
We lost and drew every game in December.
We went out to Championship side, in the League Cup @ Old Trafford.
All of the above did not get him sacked.

So, I now ask you the question: what difference is a loss to Derby going to make?

I was hoping for further discontent of the fans. The board seem happy with him, and yet the fans are obviously displeased.
Social media and in the stadium, I feel it may need to become very tense where they can't possibly ignore it. If they still ignore it after more booing at OT, then it's plain as day that they're blissfully ignorant to fan's expectations. Worrying times ahead if they're going to ignore match day fans.

If we go in with a Fellaini/Schneiderlin midfield we will lose, I hope we drop Herrera deeper and play a proper 3 man midfield. Drop Rooney and play Martial/Depay/Mata as a fluid front 3, we might then a chance.

    LOL. And what are we?
Losses, draws and lucky (last gasp) wins, with a manager who relies on lucky/last gasp goals. << that's us.

EDIT: I just realised, you might be a Derby supporter, calling us (MUFC) shite :(

Or he might be saying they're shite but they will beat us because we're worse?
