Not a classic, but I thought that was about as good a first half as we were ever going to get. 0-1 and we look dangerous enough. Just need to do our thing in the 2nd, keep the ball and hope Zaha doesn't get too much joy out of Tony.

The biggest crime for me is how the reserve team isn't able to provide some cover.

In hindsight Blind was a great buy if only for his versatility.

The main thing is we have a goal, now lets try and see this out. I'm not expecting any decent football at this point, we look terrible yet again creatively and we have more injuries than you can shake an Adidas sponsored stick at.

I think LvG needs to rethink the Jones at LB thing though, that looks a disaster waiting to happen. Hopefully Rooney can shake the knock off as while he's been poor he's still preferable to Falcao.

Awful half and since the Evans introduction we look ridiculously poor at the back. If Falcao comes on at HT we'll be effectively down to 9 men.

Are people fecking SERIOUSLY complaining about Shaw going off in this game? I mean if he pulled up with a hamstring problem fair enough, but he took a decent blow to the head and didn't feel ok to keep playing.

Christ that was hard work. Fellaini and Valencia were both utterly awful, Rooney not much better. Can see them scoring so we definitely need another.

Fellaini should be a bench player imo, someone who you bring on to change the game up when its not going right. He's too gormless to be a starter imo. Same with Evans, Valencia and a few others.

It's funny how a good bit of team form blinded everyone from how good the likes of Valencia, Young and Fellaini really are.

If we're serious about winning the title none of them will every be in the starting XI unless there is injuries.

This pitch looks absolutely terrible. You can literally see the ball bobbling after almost every pass. Not to mention the fact that it seems to spin in a random direction after every bounce.

We're freaking out currently, we really lack someone to rally the team and get us going again. Fellaini doesn't help by giving the ball away every time and jonny evans slipping on his houl in the most dangerous places.. But our players shouldn't freak out as easily as they currently do...
