Agree, I don't understand that drop after Shaw putting in good consistent run of form. Good performances and then suddenly getting dropped, barely playing since then except the cup games.

Young's form since then doesn't justify it but no drop, he still kept on starting. I would accept it if Shaw and Young is being rotated, but nope.

Easier to spot and talk about mistakes after a game than it is setting a team up successfully. Although going to a struggling big club in Spain as your first job was stupid in hindsight.
