We are a naïve side. LVG has the players believing that possession is the magic elixir, but we have no idea how to attack and are far more likely to concede to Chelsea I think. Not a bad performance by us. Lingard is not doing nearly enough and I don't believe is good enough to be playing for us. Youth lad, but we need a threat out there.

Chelsea got better as the half progressed.Doing alright I think, we need to win this to have any hope of the top four. First half hour was very good but Chelsea do have quality and can't expect to totally dominate at Stamford bridge.Willian getting some joy.

Costa takes all the flack because he's so unsubtle, but Fabregas is secretly a horrible bastard.
Overall reckon we've played some decent stuff. Some classic 15/16 United bed shitting but I'm very happy going into half time.
Can forgive schoolboy Oliver Holt for blowing the whistle, as he had just not given Chelsea a penalty that could easily have been (and probs should have been) a penalty.
He was protecting his face, which happens virtually every time in those types of situations. No pen at all IMO.Possession football equals success...NOT! We had something like 10 corners and never worked the keeper once, the only one who created a chance was Martial which he made himself against a side who have been shite and low in confidence all season...we are just as shite and don't deserve anything this season im fecking pissed off!!!!!!!!!!

Well, i'm fed up with Terry getting away with almost anything anyway.Shame, excellent start to the game and completely dominated for 20-25 minutes but couldn't take advantage of that domination. Chelsea have looked dangerous up front, and we're lucky Oliver didn't give them a pen.His hands were up, but you don't go into a slide block like that with your hands by your side. It's just not possible. Normally you go with your arms out wide to anticipate landing and getting back up. It would have been a certain penalty if his arms were stretched out. The arm it hit was across his chest. Would have been very harsh to give a penalty.

Ball was in the middle of the pitch (ie, not an active attack) and the clock hit 46, with there having been no stoppages. Bad timing, but nothing wrong with that.

We were ok.If United take of Felliani, that's the only robust outfield player to help on set pieces aside from Smalling. Ivanovic, Terry, Zouma, Mikel, Matic, Costa.

I don't think he's been great. Some nice movement in the centre of the pitch and the pressure he's put on some Chelsea players has been decent but his decision making has been a bit suspect.
