Never really understood that.. fair play and at all but it is not the players responsibility to determine if the ball should be put out of play. 99% of the time if a player is on the ground ''injured'' he gets up as soon as the ball is out of play. The moment the game is resumed they sprint after a ball if nothing ever happened.It's amazing really, we get bodies in the box and take some shots at goal and we manage to put it into the back of the net!
