He literally waited until he saw that we were breaking forward and then decided to blow for the head injury. But this is Marriner who sent Casemiro off against Palace and who sent Taylor to the screen for Casemiro's tackle against Bournemouth so I don't expect anything else from him.Fortunate save but that's great positioning/keeping from De Gea.
