Without Varane and Licha we have zero organization in defense. Casemiro isn't in good form either. Bruno and Rashford on the counter is our one and only hope. Losing to Sevilla this badly was a surprise, losing to Brighton with a similar scoreline won't be. This may be defeatist mentality, but a Brighton win seems inevitable. I hope the team surprises me.

    Almost don't care.
We won't beat City in the final and the players are gassed.
We need to get top 4, that should be the priority

They'll complete the home, away and neutral hat-trick.

Needs a reaction. I expect a win here but a very tight affair.

    de Gea
    AWB - Lindelof - Shaw - Malacia
    ------------Casemiro--Bruno
    Antony---------Eriksen-------Rashford
    --------------------Martial

Not looking forward to this. Basically depends on Bruno dragging this s-t through the mire like he has so many times before. Hasn't even got Licha and Varane to help. Feels like looking at Liverpool 20 years ago. Bruno's our Gerrard.

I don't think we can cope vs good teams without both Martinez and Varane in defence. Lindelof-Maguire defence can work against some lesser teams, but against Brighton, City etc unlikely.

Wait what. We get 2 daysrest after a European away trip? What the actual feck

Maguire is suspended so there's that at least. Though with Shaw limping I'm not sure who can replace him.

We play on Sunday after a game on Thursday. It's... normal? City played on Wednesday and play their semi on Saturday.

I just hope we don't lose too heavily. We've experienced some trashings this and last season, more than ever.

I’m absolutely delighted to hear that the wife has just told me that we are going round to her parents house this Sunday for lunch & dinner. Couldn’t have timed it any better I told her!

How is anyone picking Sancho after tonight's performance?!
Fecking tired of him. Why does he constantly have to slow down to the FBs pace and open his body on the half turn no matter where he is on the pitch or what’s in front of him?
I get that he’s trying to react to the defenders movements but if the defender doesn’t commit he’s toothless. Absolutely useless as an attacking threat

De Gea (would play Heaton myself but EtH won't do it)
    AWB - Lindelof - Shaw - Malacia
    Casemiro
    Fred - Bruno
    Antony - Rashford - Sancho

    1-3 Brighton.

    DDG
    AWB Lindelof Shaw Malacia
    Casemiro Eriksen
    Antony Bruno Rashford
    Weghorst

Think ten Hag will go with the same forward 4 as last time at Wembley. Shaw on LCB if he's ready. One of Malacia and Dalot on LB.

Brighton would be doing us a favour by beating us, they'd have a better chance of beating City in the final than we do and they'd spare us an FA Cup Final humiliation.

    I read it as Saturday.
I should probably log out for tonight. This fecking team I swear.

Yeah, been there. Sevilla and Manchester United are a combination that destroys brainpower, really.

Another game from home against a stronger side than Sevilla. Probably much better. Should look very similar to tonights game i think.
Only looking forward to our remaining home games right now

Should stop trying to play it out the back against Brighton. Let’s sit back and hit them on the counter with Rashford and Antony.

Yeah no way in hell i'm watching this. Think its getting to the point where I'll just do the same thing as last season. No reason to watch this team again this season.

Can we request to have the match at Old Trafford??

A few brown envelopes to the FA might help.

I'm not actually that concerned about this.

I think we will be a lot better in this game. Brighton are being made out to be better than they are at this point. Good team, but being overrated now.

Expect a reaction here and no Maguire so my hopes are high for a win.

    De Gea
    Dalot -- Lindelof - Shaw - Malacia
    Casemiro - Eriksen
    Bruno
    Antony - Rashford - Sancho

Its going to be tough to pick a team for Sunday with most our defenders out injured, I would possibly try:-

    Butland

    AWB - Lindelof - Casemiro - Malacia

    Bruno - Fred -Eriksen

    Pellestri - Antony - Rashford

Fecking tired of him. Why does he constantly have to slow down to the FBs pace and open his body on the half turn no matter where he is on the pitch or what’s in front of him?
I get that he’s trying to react to the defenders movements but if the defender doesn’t commit he’s toothless. Absolutely useless as an attacking threat

And on top of all of that, scared of his own shite to make a f**king tackle. That 50-50 he pussied out of on the edge of our box near the end of the first half summed him up for me. I've heard he's the highest paid player at the club? F**king Kray twins got jail time for less!

If we lose this and lose at Spurs next week then the pressure is really on us.

Season on a knife edge. If we don't make top 4 it's an absolute disaster.

De Gea and Sancho NEED to be dropped. You really have to set a standard and show it's unacceptable. Butland can just play a basic game and be better.

Will the Bruno-Eriksen-Casemiro streak be finally snapped then?
