Lindelof was furious, and rightly so. There’s no cohesion in this squad. Players on the outside sitting deep and ruining an offside trap: it’s something you get coached out of you at 12U.

Elanga is a kid on his debut season, so give him a break. He cant be worse than proven failure Januzaj after all.
Stats speak for themselves. We have only lost 1 in 11 with Maguire and Varane playing. Conceded 0.9 per game with Varane and over 2 without him. Varane hasn’t been great but he’s been miles better than Lindelof nearly every time he’s played. His issue has been fitness.
Can someone plese stop with this s**t? Was fun for 10 minutes, now it is not funny any more.
I promise you that Januzaj is 10x as talented and would be absolutely miles better than Elanga right now.
Love it or hate it, McFred is our most reliable central midfield pairing.
