No Van Gaal, amongst others things, paid Moreno off to snap Luke Shaw's leg into pieces in protest of Luke being bought without his approval.

What he did to Smalling, Rojo, Valencia, Herrera and Rooney can't be repeated, it's too grotesque for words. As for the rest, he clearly didn't finish the job properly as they keep coming back.
