    Aside from a few hiccups here or there, this is so far the best and most entertaining play I've seen all season from United. Still improvement needed obviously but since Rooney disappeared, we actually look dangerous (if only we could make it count).
     
    De Gea - Should have done better for the first goal, he lost track of the flight of the ball and we paid the consequence. Still, if any player is allowed to make a mistake without being slated, it's him. Done very well to smoother the ball without giving away a penalty.
    Varela - Has kept Stanislav quiet enough, fearless in the tackle. Hasn't got caught out of position too much yet.
    McNair - Good on the ball, looks composed but has a mistake in him. Caught in possession a few times.
    Blind - Same as Paddy, too many niggly fouls though and doesn't have the pace to make positional mistakes.
    Borthwick Jackson - No complaints, arrived late in the box once or twice giving Memphis an option, no mistakes defensively.
    Carrick - When you look at his passes, even the ones that are backwards are almost always the correct choice. His sweeping passes are causing B'Mouth a lot of cause for concern.
    Fellaini - We've seen the best and the worst of him. Silly fouls, and not a technical enough player in the middle third, but he's a nightmare for defenders and his strength gave us a goal.
    Lingard - Was quiet before took off, one or two good touches. Hope he's ok
    Mata - Hasn't been active enough, B'Mouths high line means he has very little time on the ball.
    Depay - Our most dangerous player, been very good out on the left.
    Martial - Should have scored, very strong in the box though.

    Pereria - Lucky to be on the pitch, dangerous tackle.

    It's difficult considering that B'mouth are playing a midfield 3 who are quite the harriers. The midfield 2 with Fellaini will always make it difficult in the middle of the park. That said, he could be doing much better.
     
    It's rather ironic that the human bog brush (goal aside) is playing like shit.
     
    I suspect that we could bring Scholes or Giggs out of retirement now and either would still be one of the best players in this team
     
    Tactic wise we're not too bad. Just need some more moments of individual quality.

    He's always drifting in and out of games, yet he's always getting goals and assists.
     
    Can't say it hasn't been an entertaining half. Plenty of mistakes out there, but I'm liking the tempo and intent we are showing at the moment. Helps that both teams are looking to press and move the ball forward quickly.
     
    A really enjoyable start. We've played the best stuff in a while.

    Depay, Carrick, CBJ, Memphis and DDG have been excellent. The cross ball to Depay is killing them every time.

    Mata has been anonymous, McNair looks a liability. Fellaini has grown into the game.

    This is very winnable.
     
    I think we'll win this. Our defence is vulnerable though, and Bournemouth have some lungs on 'em.....it's gonna be a fight 'till the end.
     
    Weird half. No control really, just kinda going for it which is nice to see. Fellaini scored but was otherwise pretty shite as he always is in midfield. Mata didn't do much. McNair just isn't a good player. Carrick meh.

    Memphis and Martial by far our most dangerous players. Lingard was looking decent before he of course got injured. Pereira needs to calm down a bit and not look to dive in so regularly.
     
    Van Gaal is brave.. 6 kids... and they look alright..
    Experienced folks, Mata, Felliani look like the worst players on the field..
