Mourinho has a lot of players like that in his career, like Quaresma at Inter, Cuadrado at Chelsea, etc. Big signings who just didn't work. The great motivator sometimes fails big.

The biggest shock is Fellaini getting the nod to start as the holding midfielder ahead of Carrick and Schneiderlin. You can't help but to think that we'll be after a new midfielder sooner than later. Hope it pays off.

We need at least one player to make runs in behind the defense when Ibra drops off to get on the ball. Rooney's always hiding, Martial gets out wide to play 1v1 and Lingard is injured. Mkhitaryan isn't the man for that job. Mata's the obvious choice here.
