The team needs serious work but until Ole gets a transfer window and the power to not just sign players he wants but to bin the ones he doesn't his hands are largely tied. Young is a great example, in the absence of Shaw who else does he play at LB? Dalot is a right sided player and looked hopelessly lost in the one game we played him on the left. Ole could drop Young but let us not pretend the alternatives would be better and that is true of the whole squad.
