Villa looked fatigued in the last 10minutes of the half. We missed a few chances before it, Ronaldo with a diving header really should have scored but headed it right at the keeper. Villa had a very good start but havent really troubled us since the 2nd goal.

Ronaldo did very well In the build up to the goal but that’s all he’s done. VDB making good runs but is useless off the ball. Fred on for VDB and eriksen in the 10, it’s so obvious

I will keep Donny. His runs has been getting better and has been getting into half spaces. Take Ronaldo off and bring Martial on - we will win it.

This half of football is on Ten Hag. He choose to start Ronaldo once again, he put Rashford on the right and started Dony.

Don't, Ronaldo and Eriksen they won't give you much fight and energy in midfield. Put some legs next to Eriksen, sub Ronaldo and put Rashford in a position where he could be impactful.

The only good player here has been Casemiro. He's battling out there.

Ronaldo, VDB, and Eriksen were complete shite again. Lindelof was pretty bad as well.

VDB off for Freddy I think. And Martial on for Ronaldo after 60-65 minutes is probably the way to go considering he's made of tissue paper.

Villa were nothing special, we've just been wank. Very important goal before half time. Get Ronaldo off, get Martial on, we could get something out of this. But we have been so disappointing.

Ronaldo simply doesn't deserve to be starting anymore.

Typical that United would face a mediocre Villa with a new manager bounce.

Horrible opening 10 minutes since then United deserved at least one goal or be it got a bit of luck with Shaws strike.

villa started really well and we failed to cope.
from 20 minutes in we have taken full control. A couple of good chances created and then got a bit lucky with the defelcted shaw shot.
DVB still not involved enough for me.

Was a little worried for this one without Varane, Bruno and Antony out. Rashy on the right wing never goes great either.
We're not polished enough to miss key players yet.

However, Villa are tiring here, and that was one superbly timed lucky goal!

After 20 min, better game from us and more control. We need to step up in midfield. We are missing Fernandes a lot. VanderBeek, I can't understand what he is doing and Eriksen have been bad. They are not covering spaces. However, that goal saved us and we can now hopefully come out in second half and put Villa under pressure.

Martinez, Ronaldo and Garnacho have been good.
