    How are we supposed to score 2 goals with Ronaldo and VdB in the team? It's like playing with 9 men.

    Bad week for Ten Hag. You can't be going to places like Villa Park with an empty shirt in attacking midfield and and attacking midfielder in the middle of the park.

    Defence at fault obviously but it's not good when you need to keep a clean sheet as you have zero faith in your attack scoring more than one goal.

    You're right. They could beat us 4-0.
    In fairness, you are right. we could still pull 1 or 2 goals back, but right now, it's Villa who are attacking us. We can't get the ball into their half.

    Victor pressed his man and then back off. Martinez went forward and did not commit to the tackle. If you are going to go forward, commit to the tackle or the pressure. He went into no mans land and then turns around to recover when he doesn't have the recovery pace. That is definitely on him.
     
    We did well with Rashford on no9. Why keep playing with Ronaldo which obviously doesn't work?

    Martinez has a large share in both their goals. At the first goal, he is poorly positioned. At the second goal, he gives the ball away, so Shaw has to take a free kick in a dangerous position.
     
    Our right side is getting slaughtered and then they can switch to left swiftly. ETH needs to bring fred asap.
     
    Every villa player is queuing up one by one all in line to have a go on our defence like a gangbang
     
    We have too many passive players. I don't rate Bruno's ball keeping abilities but he provides energy.

    Neither DvdB nor Garnacho offer that and neither do Ronaldo and Rashford. We need some fight
