His game management was awful tonight, he's contributed to that downfall along with the players.
At 2-0 we should've made the Elanga>Sancho & Bruno>Van de Beek subs then when the ball went out of play again, made the 3rd sub. Instead we allowed and contributed through our poor play in possession for them to take control of the gain, pick holes in our team and gain momentum, leading to us surrendering our lead.
This squad needs going through properly, too many weak mentalities and inconsistent players. This should have been addressed in our failing in the 3 SFs under Ole but wasn't. And here we are saying the same negative comments about the same players we were then.

Most likely because the players are not good enough. We almost never dominte teams in the PL regardless of who is the manager or which system we play. Getting a CDM in January and playing a 3 man midfield is our only chance to top 4.
