It's life at a top club. It's never a case of you proved yourself so you're good. You have to keep performing at the top level, otherwise there is someone fighting for the position trying to get in. Good to have depth and competition and rotation in there.

I'd love Grealish in our squad. His attitude is exactly what I want in a United player and he'd thrive with our front 3 in front of him. He's not getting in ahead of Pogba and Bruno, but he'd get his games.

He's potentially got a great future at the club, and having better players in the squad will lead to him having to improve and raise his own performances. We've lacked competition for the starting 11 for so long. This is a good thing for the club. Injuries will happen over the course of a season, so he will still get chances. It's important he makes those chances count. I really like him.
