With James injured hopefully Amad will get atleast 25 minutes. If we where winning by half time it would be nice to sub him straight on.

Would love to see DVB and Amed get a start. Ole doesn't seem to take to many chances so I expect to see a strong team though. Maybe Telles for Shaw and James for Rashford. Pogba on the bench with McFred starting.

With a potential cup final and maintaining 2nd place in the Prem should be enough motivation for any player to appear in every remaining game.

Yep, just that back then all eyes were on the title decider against Chelsea on the weekend which took us past Liverpool on Nr.19!
This time we have a postponed game against Liverpool to look forward to :lol:

EVERYBODY needs a rest if they're risking muscle injury from fatigue.

Roma have released their 20-man squad list for tonight’s Europa League semi-final second leg at Stadio Olimpico.

Goalkeeper Pau Lopez, defender Leonardo Spinazzola and midfielder Jordan Veretout all had to be substituted during the first half in M16 and the trio are not available for this game.
Amadou Diawara, Gonzalo Villar and Carles Perez will also be absent due to injury, although captain Lorenzo Pellegrini is included having missed Sunday’s 2-0 defeat at Sampdoria to be with his wife as she delivered their second child.
Pedro Rodriguez, who is a dangerous customer as he proved during his time with Barcelona and Chelsea, has returned to the reckoning, as has centre-back Gianluca Mancini after his suspension last week.

Chris Smalling and Henrikh Mkhitaryan will once again be afforded the opportunity to impress against the side with which they won the 2017 Europa League, but Roma’s squad is rounded out by youngsters Edoardo Bove, Riccardo Ciervo and Nicola Zalewski, all of whom have yet to make a senior appearance.

As if "motivation" is a miracle remedy that allows a football player to perform at the same physical level for four games in a week.

Apart from James being injured and having not travelled, I think this is quite likely. I suspect we'll see either Pogba or Rashford instead

yeah didn’t see that - Ive not looked at the travelling squad. I would think it’s more likely to be Pogba rather than Rashford (or at least that’s my hope).

With James injured personally I think he should start. Not like he will make us lose 4-0. Especially since he has a very good work rate.

That said I don't see Ole starting him so just hope he can come on at half time if we are hopefully even further ahead

Asides the score line in the first game, Roma were good in the first half and at times running rings around United. We regrouped for the second half when we scored 5 goals.

Their replacement goallie was a disaster and responsible for at least a couple of the goals we scored.

I hope he plays again tonight.
