    I can't see us losing this. A draw seems most likely. Arsenal are so vulnerable at the back just like us.

    That fecking journo stitched Bailly up in the way he framed the question. He knew what he was doing, trying to get a reaction from Rangnick and create some controversy.

    Just like when that journo stitched up Joe Hart when he completely took a comment out of context and pitched it to Mancini in a way that was certainly going to get a reaction.

    If Bailly doesn't make that post then there is nothing for the media to twist.
     
    Wouldn't be surprised if Bailly is left out of the squad after that comment :lol:

    Varane, McTominay and Ronaldo should all start. I'd probably rather see us go three at the back and use players we expect to actually be here next season. Is there much point seeing more of Jones, Matic, Lingard, Mata etc if they're not the future of our squad/team? That said, I'm kind of expecting this:

    It’s taken out of context the whole thing , he just comments back he wants to be starting. I don’t see the issue to be honest

    Massive game today!! Lose and top 4 is over. The players best be up for it… they know who our next manager is now so they’ll all need to work hard to impress. Last chance for a lot of these players. 2-1 to us im predicting. Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s like 2-2 though. Let’s go reds!!!

    I have no confidence this squad aside from the odd player is bothered about fighting for anything other than their social media status.

    Just a response of something like "yes, please be right[prayer emoji]" (can't remember the exact words) to a fan commenting "Start Bailly and Varane" on a United Instagram post. Pretty harmless but of course English media seeing this as an attack on Maguire so they're trying to get Bailly left out.

    So he didn't actually say "drop Maguire"? Probably nothing in it then.

    It's a stupid comment, though. It's exactly the kind of thing the media look for to stir up trouble, Bailly should no better.

    Apparently under training photos posted by the club on Instagram, a fan commented, 'start bailly x Varane', and Bailly replied: 'Please!', followed by a laughing emoji and a pair of praying hands. A nothing, clickbait story really.
     
    Would love to see some of the usual suspects relegated and start with some raw talent. If anything just to go toe to toe with Arsenal’s toddlers that everyone seems to love.

    Anyway, can someone please suggest some realistic anti-United bets? Need to hedge my emotions.

    Dalot is the biggest waste of space in the squad. At least AWB can help progress the ball forward to the point he can’t find a cross. Dalot doesn’t even do that.

    Nope, just hinted to it by wanting to start alongside Varane. Mountain out of a molehill from British press as usual. If it were the other way round I can guarantee that they would never have followed up with that second question, never mind ask about it at all.
