Shaw is a fecking machine. Best LB in the league for me.
When Ole came in I thought our attackers will benefit the most from him and learn about movement and anticipation but it’s been the opposite
I'd have sent Greenwood on and put Rashford left. Think we'd be better off, considering Martial's form throughout the season and Rashford's general contribution on the RW.Who would you put there?
What makes things worse is that the Under 23s are in dire straits. Got cuffed by Chelsea and now Leicester.
He literally has zero chance of getting a shot off there.. he wasnt gonna score with his first touch ans after that he was completely closed down.. i get the fusteration at rashford of late but people need to be logical at what they get upset over.. i think rashy did well there to keep the play alive. There was no shot.
He definitely should be hitting it first time in that position
Well yes, that's what he should've done because it's most likely heading goalbound. How do you think you could take a touch there not once, but twice, that close to goal?
Controlling the game is not about having the ball more. No way we are controlling the game. Controlling the game with no goals is not controlling the game. The game is about goals. Not possession.Disagree tbh, we've completely controlled the game and have gotten a good chunk of chances too. They've done nothing but shots from distance.
I don't blame Rashford for that. It was probably getting saved near post if he took it on and he already has a couple of brilliant goals where he took that extra touch and put it in.
we are not good enough to find him. can you imagine scholes, ronaldo ro beckham playing with him? hatfulsFor a player who is always moving and quite often free... It's amazing how little of the ball Cavani gets.
Damn.. I was gonna catch up on that later.U-23 played Liverpool today, and won 6-3.
None of our strikers scored 20+ league goals last season. Rashford and Martial both had 17, Greenwood had 10.Last season was the first time in our history we had two strikers score 20+ league goals.
But don't let facts dictate your opinions.
Yep, it also shows the favouritism ole is displaying towards martial over greenwood. Its almost endorsing martials lack of effort throughout the seasonIf Rashford was on the left he stroke that first time with his right foot. Playing him on the right is the dumbest move Ole has done.
What is an attacking pattern?Even game so far. Arsenal fluffed several fast break opportunities. We looked labored when attacking as usual. No attacking patterns. Thinking too much etc
Yeah there wasn't a hope he was scoring that if he hit it first time.I don't blame Rashford for that. It was probably getting saved near post if he took it on and he already has a couple of brilliant goals where he took that extra touch and put it in.

Ok, maybe passive is the wrong word. We look in control, we just don't look clinical.Disagree tbh, we've completely controlled the game and have gotten a good chunk of chances too. They've done nothing but shots from distance.

But we'll see I guess.
You should take a gawk at MartialDoes rashford have any emotion?
He Just looks depressed all the time. Crack a smile lad.

that's my feeling too. we'll given them a silly goal and then they'll get another when we go for itHave a nasty feeling that all of these wasted chances are going to cost us.
No I have been trying to avoid the score so I could catch up after this game. Thanks for telling me the score. You realise our U23's just put 6 past Liverpool literally a few hours ago?
Keep playing how we are and the goal will come.
