No, they were not.
Was different with Ole. We were winning games but apart from the first few games, our style was looking deadly on the counter attack and clueless if we couldn't. With Arsenal under Arteta, they're yet to even win a game but you just need to see what they're doing to see the improvement, not in results, but in identity. They are pressing in triangles, passing with quick one two's, determined to win the ball back as soon as they lose it etc. all aspects of someone who has obviously learnt their trade under Pep.
You are right though, it is still early days, so who knows but this isn't about him improving their results, which was more the case under Ole imo, but more about him improving them as a collective which we are still yet to see under Ole.Luke Shaw is one of the dumbest footballers ever.
