I don't think this is about a new manager bounce. For starters, they're yet to win a game. When we improved under Ole at the start, bar the first few games, we weren't playing all that well. We were deadly on the counter, something which is still the case but we haven't seen anything change since. We still look deadly if teams give us space, but absolutely clueless if they don't.
Arsenal's style of play is very evident though. They are pressing in triangles, moving the ball quickly with one touch, winning the ball back instantly. All aspects that Pep likes to enforce, or rather, someone who has worked with Pep.
Regardless, even if this is the 'new manager bounce' you have managers like Rodgers etc. which have shown that you don't need so much time to improve a team.Why are we constantly hoofing the ball up the pitch?Shite from MaguireMaguire done like a kipper there.Maguire
