UNBELIEVABLE One of the best and open halfs of football you will see anywhere and still there is moaning in here .
Mate, that's because we are lucky to go in at 2-0. We could quite easily have conceded 1, maybe 2 and if we continue to play like that, it will take a miracle for us to get out of here with a point.

We wanted entertaining football. Well, this is entertaining football. But can the ball please spend less time in our box? This is nerve wracking.
I don't want it. I want good old jose away game with boring football and 1.0 victory. feck this shit, my heart will stop

Would sub out Rojo and bring in Herrera. We need another body in midfield.

Maybe wait 10-15 minutes to see how the 2nd half plays out.

Amazing start that was better than anyone could have dreamed but how we haven't conceded since is beyond me. DDG is amazing!

Some incredible defending from Matic and Young in that half

Lindleof and Rojo just can't clear the ball

You actually look at the chances Arsenal have had, there has been as much fortune in their creation as there has been for us defending.

Outstanding football. The early sub really worked in arsenals favour as they've dominated since and we haven't been able to get hold of the ball. But we areup by two goals and we needn't attack, but we need to show more threat on the counter this half. We started well in that aspect, but not much after 20 minutes.

Martial showing why he's in the team, that second goal was brilliant. Great run and flick from martial. We must clear our lines better in defense, we've been a bit lucky

Commentators are celebrating Arsenal so much, but they wouldn't be dominating this much if United weren't already up by two

They're desperate and we're content to defend and look for counters

Hopefully we can take more control in the second half or my heart is going to croak

I get it. We're 2 nil up, away from home and can afford to sit back but i hate when we do it...

Its days like today where we are clearly the better team i wish Jose would let the horses run free

I think the gameplan is to sit back and hit on the counter. Just need to keep possession a little better to take the sting out of the match. Either that or Martial/Lukaku need to break and be clinical for a 3rd goal.

Got to say Özil has been very good today. I thought he had declined, but last month he has been very very good when I have seen him which is this game and against Spurs. If he plays like this I wouldn't mind getting him in.

Let's not kid ourselves, it's not been any sort of defensive masterclass. We've been extremely fortunate to not concede so far. We invite far too much pressure and struggle to deal with it. Midfield is overrun and we are not using our outlets properly.

Nobody is saying that it's a defensive masterclass. Stop imagining things.

So, judging from a health POV, we all prefer Jose parking the bus to this madness ,eh?

Don't think I can take another half like that. We can't keep letting them get to our box so easily - let alone getting the ball into the box so often. Another early goal in the second half will do nicely.

Is Lingard going to jump from being just a squad player who plays the cups to a starter? I really do love this formation and he's outstanding in that position.

Our defending today has been atrocious. The last minute blocks and all are well and good but the lack of anticipation, the gloriously tragic clearances, the stupid fouls is going to eventually calm down. I think this is the worst we've defended all year.

Better decision making in the final third and we can kill this game off though.

    Wow, this has been intense.
Don't even know what to make with it, I don't think we even have a midfield but who gives a shit since we've apparently built an invisible wall across our goal (and their finishing was awful).

Jose please dont change anything , this is just what we needed.
If there is anything to moan at and its just a slight moan , Rojo's tackling

No we need to go back to boring and time wasting antics now. I’d take a 0-0 drab second half.

We did the same shit v Watford... we need to start keeping the ball better.. Not that we couldn't have scored again from a counter.. Lukaku needs to hold the ball better..

Think we need a bit more composure, just keep the ball. Our defense needs to calm down especially, seem a bit panicky when clearing the ball, which just puts more pressure.

Superb watching for neutrals. Our start was superb, that 2nd goal (and Martial's lay off) was outstanding.

Not really sure how Jose will modify our game. Introduce Herrera, but for whom?

Feel like Lindelof is very quick to sell himself at the slightest drop of a shoulder and de Gea (despite some saves) has looked shaky - the only thing he doesn't like is a crowded box, which is probably the only instance where I think Neuer is better.

Hoping for a settled start to that 2nd half...

A different game on your TV, mate ? It is Beard man who is saving our ass until now. Neuer will put the ball at least twice standing behind those 3 Clowns CB.

Is Lingard going to jump from being just a squad player who plays the cups to a starter? I really do love this formation and he's outstanding in that position.

Thing is he is so much more fresh than the other players due to a lack of matches. His pressing and intensity is clearly higher. Lets see if he can maintain that.
