Probably the same team. The only players I see potentially getting dropped are:
Evans - Having very mixed form at the moment. A couple of under-hit passes today that could have caused trouble, while his last ditch clearance played a big part in us pushing on to win the game comfortably.
Blackett - Hasn't really put a foot wrong yet so it could be a bit unfair, other than letting a ball run in today's game that I think he could have dealt with easily.
van Persie - If Falcao is to come in, it has to be for RvP right now. Rooney won't be dropped and has at least recently scored, while Mata's goal-scoring form is great over the last 10 games.
I only list Evans and Blackett as Shaw may come into the side to play at Left Back as first choice soon and I think Rojo will move to CB and stay in the side, meaning one of those two has to suffer. I also think Jones and Smalling will be the preferred partners to Rojo when fit, so it's likely that they could both find themselves out of the starting line-up in the coming weeks even if they play reasonably well.

Smalling may get a look in, but he's the only other player I can see making the 18.
I said 4-0 for QPR and it came about, I reckon this game will be a lot tougher, but still a 1-3 victory.
