I've always liked Bayern's old stadium's (Olympiastadion) exterior design with that umbrella. Now we've got better. I love it personally.

It's an interesting concept stadium. I'm not overly sold on it just yet, but looking through Sam Luckhurst's X account and the images he's taken from the press conference of the model and stats, it could be fascinating once it's complete. The most interesting thing in his images is that within the stats and figures is they have called the stadium 'New Trafford'

I believe 100k is the number of seats for fans / sold tickets. The 4k extra will be media etc.

I think gross capacity usually includes things like media seating, vip seating, staff areas, etc.
