It was already atrocious under a more "conventional" system (ETH), I don't see wtf is the point of this formation if it's not to lose more points, concede more and score less goals.

Of course its letting them dictate things. We've hired a guy based purely on the formation and the success it has brought him and you want him to change it because the players can't be arsed playing it.

So not only do you want the players to determine the formation you want them to completely remove any authority the manager has, whether its Amorim or anyone else, because they'll know they can down tools until they get what they want.

I do have sympathy for Hojlund, end of the day he didn't decide the transfer fee and he should have been bought as an understudy to another more established forward.

Zirkzee though, sheesh, I genuinely don't know what profile he is, false 9, 9, 10. Whatever he is though he is offering next to nothing in a red shirt.
