Didn't watch it but glad to see the win.
Besides the 3 pts and the clean sheet, any other positives to be taken?

Uglier than my first time but just like then the objective was achieved.

This might be the worst collection of strikers we've had since I started watching this team in the late eighties.

THREE POINTS! I'll take 3 points any day over a good performance considering where we're at table wise.

Great week in the end. Performances are still a bit dire and we desperately need 2-3 signings before the transfer window closes

Will take that, same sort of shitey goal that goes against us time and time again, so nice to be on the other side of it for a change. Dire game though.

My brother had bet on United win but cashed out immediately after Martinez goal.He was adamant United would concede.

And we go five points above Spurs!

True champions' performance grinding out a win like that.

Very Dull game, we carried zero threat for most of the game.
Hojlund was awful.
We defended well. Amazing clearance on the line by Toby.

Makes me laugh people clearly on a delay cheering goals in the game day thread. Goal was chalked off 3 months ago.

Take the 3 points & run. Fulham away not an easy game for anyone these days. Very well done from Toby while he was on!

Defensively you can see some improvement. Players are getting used to the system. Going forward still needs to improve massively

But if he can sort out the back and make us solid it’s gives a good foundation

Results and then performances will follow.
We seem to have found a player in Toby Collyer by the way.

3 best United players:

1) Maguire
2) Martinez
3) Garnacho

3 worst United players:
1) Zirkzee
2) Højlund
3) Too many United players could be third.

Needed that.

Traore is hilariously shit. He looks dangerous so Fulham play everything through him, but he does nothing with it and wastes all of their chances.

Solid away performance, and can safely say we look much much more defensively solid under Amorim. You have to hope that new wing backs are what are going to be key to opening up our attacking play. (And a striker)
Yea the shape is better off the ball definitely. Still see players not quite knowing the jobs sometimes - and Fulham also were poor tonight when they had little openings. Going forward we will continue to struggle with this cast of attackers.

Difficult game to rate... performance was so lacklustre and this game deserved no winner. Collyer MOTM for me for his clearance. Don't know why Martinez has so many votes, deflected shot that luckily went in. Apart from it, nothing really new, it drains the energy out of watching a match... Thinking those guys were able to play one or even two gears higher against Liverpool is borderline crazy. What is Amorim going to do to up the intensity?

Delighted with a rare away win and that win thanks to a solid defensive effort. Collyer with a fine goal line clearance.

Amad goal ruled out shows VAR is a lot of guess work and on another day a goal is given

2 wins in a row
Ipswich lost
Soton lost
Wolves lost
Palace lost
Spurs lost
West Ham drew

Fecking amazing weekend

I actually thought we defended well and Harry Maguire was my MoM

Hopefully the media can now leave us alone and pick on Spurs. Three points, might have been ugly but still three points.

The away fans are something else.

We are terrible at this thing called football. We have no PL-ready center forwards in the squad, no wing backs in a system that heavily relies on wing backs, and no quality off the bench to make a difference. There's a long way to go, and it won't get better without signings.

But I'm glad we showed some grit to stay in the game and win today. Licha MOTM, Collyer with an incredible goal-line clearance, and Ugarte good till his ill-timed tackle on the man-mountain.

I'm bloody glad for the 3 points. One of those games you have to grind out and good we did it.
On to the next game.

11 points from 40. Lets go. 4 more wins and we will avoid relegation

Don't get these type of offside goals.

If it takes VAR so long to figure it out just give the goal.

I remember the whole back pass to the keeper was an issue as it took away the excitement. Well this does too.

Clear and obvious it is not
