Genuinely how are our injuries this bad? What the hell is going on behind the scenes?
Mounts only played a handful of games this season though. At this point I wonder how many of these players have just given up on the manager and looking for excuses to drop out
Yeah it's not necessarily aimed at mount but there are others I suspect aren't entirely keen to be a part of what could well be 5 hammerings to end the seasonMounts only played a handful of games this season though.
I think the club is just cursed. Surely we can't endure another season like this one.
Why on earth didn’t Utd pick upon this? The money we paid for someone who has missed so many games in an area that really didn’t need another player is quite absurd. He's missed 41 games in his career through injury according to transfermarkt before United. At United he's missed 27 (soon to be 29?) already. Mad.
I don't think missing 41 games in 5 seasons is that bad.Why on earth didn’t Utd pick upon this? The money we paid for someone who has missed so many games in an area that really didn’t need another player is quite absurd.
Honestly would this sought of feckwittery happen with Ashworth and co in the boardroom? I would hope not.
41 games in his career isn't bad. Hitting almost 75% of his total career missed games in a single season, is.Why on earth didn’t Utd pick upon this? The money we paid for someone who has missed so many games in an area that really didn’t need another player is quite absurd.

They seemed to start piling up from January 2023 onward. He missed 13 games from January 2023 onward - which was around 50% of the remaining games Chelsea had from January 2023 till end of the season.I don't think missing 41 games in 5 seasons is that bad.
To each his own mateCompletely fecking useless, horror, horror signing. Antony is shit but at least he’s fit. Ten Hag’s an idiot for wanting the player and Murtough is an idiot for signing him.
This has been the case with every player we've ever tried in Bruno's role since changing to 4-2-3-1 after signing him. He will often be frustrating messing up touches and passes that should be simple for him, but he is almost never inactive and invisible. Every other player who has tried filling in for him has barely been seen. They've been patient waiting for the ball from midfield and worked up from the back, they've made runs forward for passes that dont come. And they have touched the ball maybe 20 times because we're bad at working the ball to that player and few of our players have the nerve to ry a long ball to find them making a forward run against the backline. Often its Bruno himself playing it for someone else.If only anyone had checked with <checks notes> 12th place Chelsea, whether or not their talisman midfielder which they <checks notes> were willing to sell to a rival club, had a history of injuries.
Another in the list of unforgivable signings by Ten Hag.
Mount was so invisible against Palace he didn't even register as having a bad game.
Injury prone passenger, the story of Ten Hags signings.
You could be right. They seemed to start piling up from January 2023 onward. He missed 13 games from January 2023 onward - which was around 50% of the remaining games Chelsea had from January 2023 till end of the season.
Some players are completely injury free and then at some point in their careers randomly become crocks. I fear Mount might be one of these players.
Is it just a coincidence that Dave Brailsford seem to be aiming at a move from Carrington altogether?Newcastle had this issue back in the day with a season where they had like 10 long term injuries and they completely relayed their training pitches. Sir Jim needs to put his hand in his pocket.
They might need to recruit the Grey's Anatomy lot too. Surely after 20 seasons they've seen something like this before. The old TV series is back. Can Dr Ross and Carter uncover the mystery of styrofoam footballers, and should they consult it with Alex Jones.
He didn't have a history of injuries. In his four years at Chelsea, he played almost every game up until the pelvic injury he suffered in his last few months there. Other than Bruno and maybe Maguire, I doubt any of our players had a better fitness record. If only anyone had checked with <checks notes> 12th place Chelsea, whether or not their talisman midfielder which they <checks notes> were willing to sell to a rival club, had a history of injuries.

He missed about a dozen games for Derby back in 18/19, then barely missed a game for the next four years. It was then just one pelvic injury he had to have surgery on that cost him the final few months of last season. Why on earth didn’t Utd pick upon this? The money we paid for someone who has missed so many games in an area that really didn’t need another player is quite absurd.

Yup, and I hope guys from M.A.S.H. are still around, before the toll becomes a regular battlefield. They might need to recruit the Grey's Anatomy lot too. Surely after 20 seasons they've seen something like this before.
Can see Mainoo going down like Willem Dafoe in Platoon soon. Just randomly in a game.Yup, and I hope guys from M.A.S.H. are still around, before the toll becomes a regular battlefield.
first rule is, theyre not suppose to talk about itGenuinely how are our injuries this bad? What the hell is going on behind the scenes?
