They are excited

I would be too. They would probably not progress whatever the group, so at least they have 6 huge matches to show themselves off and visit 3 amazing stadiums.

Well, Inter play at snails pace, yes, but they are solid enough to fancy their chances when you consider three teams can get points from one or the other. As for Napoli/Ajax and Juve/Benfica for 2nd place in their group, it is 50/50 imho, it will really depend on the schedule and the ability (or luck) to field their strongest team on the occasion.

Poor Victoria Pilzen!
Look at this way, their fans are in for a hell of an experience. You can barely get a more high level and historically important group than the one they landed in.

I see Liverpool are once again in one of the easiest groups - surprised they didn't make it to Group B. And who the hell were the seeds in Group B - it looks like something we might get out of!

Really happy with the draw and it's great that Ibrox will be hosting CL games again. Most Rangers fans don't expect us to qualify, 3rd at best. But the atmosphere at Ibrox v Liverpool will be insane. Will be a great test for our squad up against some top opposition.

Remarkably, Napoli are the 4th most eastern club in the UCL group stages.

So many games tonight and not a single one that's even mildly interesting. To the falling out of love with football thread!

seems to be an error in that tweet. Only Shaktar and Dinamo Zagreb further east according to that picture. But it's not that weird considering the Russia/Ukraine situation? Greek and Turkish clubs have failed though

On what planet is Celtic v Madrid not interesting?

Also keen to catch bits of PSG v Juve and to a lesser extent Chelsea in Zagreb.

Madrid are the most boring top side in world football. I'm sure Celtic will work very hard and hoof the ball relentlessly, but meh.

Also don't care for PSG, Juve or Chelsea. Most of the topclubs just arent interesting anymore. It's always the same teams getting to the same stages. It's a drag.

Why arent United in there, United are fun. Or Feyenoord :(

Could've been worse if Glimt had beaten Zagreb and Belgrade had beaten Macabbi.

Is that the most interesting pairings today. Meh.
Madrid will win 1-0 or 2-0, I don't watch PSG and Juve played boring football the last seasons (did they improve?). Chelsea at Zagreb? That is only interesting if you support one of the clubs, isn't it? As far as results go: see Madrid at Celtic.

They've not included Macaabi in that image.

Will watch the Goal Show on BT, so I get to see what is happening in all the games and if there is any game I fancy having a good look at I will record it later. I will probably watch Chelsea in the early kick off.

It would be fair to say Utd would be the most entertaining team if they were in it. I would certainly watch. :)

That’s what I tend to watch but going to watch the Celtic vs Real Madrid game instead. Atmosphere is going to be electric at Parkhead tonight as they always are on Champions League nights.

From the little I have seen of Celtic recently they seemed to play only on the front foot. That game will either be back and forth or a hammering for Real imo. Either way, I suspect a good amount of goals.

Feyenoord just don't want it enough. Bad mentality. Sad.

Midfield will be a battle in the Celtic v Madrid game, very interested to see how O’Riley performs but feel Real have the edge in there.

I’m not asking for much, I just all the English sides lose their games.
