Loki’s like Barkley and Batshuayi might be on their way to us.
God bless sir Lampard.

Strangely Lampards best performance as manager here was against you guys with Gilmour and Barkley in the midfield (Mount the other). If both can stay fit it improves the squad so I don’t mind too much.
What’s up with Gilmour these days? He looked decent when coming through, but haven’t heard of him for a while now
Lampards biggest mistake was loaning out Barkley.. when he was one of our most inform players at the time.. couldn’t believe it.Strangely Lampards best performance as manager here was against you guys with Gilmour and Barkley in the midfield (Mount the other).
Maybe he feels if he can reunite them it would alone get you enough results to at the very least not be in danger of the drop again.
Straight from the horses mouth.
Sorry but that just makes Chelsea sound really stupid

So yeah Chelsea stalled on the deal, that much is true I guess, so not just a PR statement as claimed![]()

If that's true then I'm pretty happy. If we're not sure we can't be spunking 50 mil. Gone are those days!
The new owners are happy to spend £300m this window apparently
If you say so. You follow Chelsea with a lot more vigour than I do to be fair.
Yeah, wonder why they stalled the deal. Was it because player wanted more time as Xavi spoke to the player?
Also why did they go back, maybe they were convinced once they completed simulating FM for few years to see how his stats are![]()

Weird that they're getting rid of Werner, he was one of their better players in the CL and in the big games. His runs are perfect for the 5 at the back system.
Was he?

Nah he’s shite and they are right to get rid. Waste of money which I called from the off.Weird that they're getting rid of Werner, he was one of their better players in the CL and in the big games. His runs are perfect for the 5 at the back system.
IndeedStill boggles the mind that Barca can outbid other clubs with the financial state they are in. Financial prudence/discipline clearly isn't part of the club's vocabulary.
He suited our system perfectly. If he had the finishing of Anelka then we would be in dreamland.Nah he’s shite and they are right to get rid. Waste of money which I called from the off.
I said when he signed he was nowhere near as good as the hype. He’s technically so far off the required level which results in him fluffing so many moves and chances. His movement and energy is good but to be honest that’s the minimum expectation. Just knew he’d flop.He suited our system perfectly. If he had the finishing of Anelka then we would be in dreamland.
Go watch Havertz goal vs Man City in the CL final and watch Werner make the space for the goal. This is typical of why we created so many chances that season but he is also the primary reason why we missed so many sitters unfortunately.
That being said, clearly Sterling for Werner is a like for like replacement.
More chaos in the transfer window!
Cucurella is a good player but just adds to the view little thought or planning is going in to Chelsea’s business. I’m reading he can play LCB however that’s Koulibaly’s favoured position isn’t it? I’m also not sure in the logic in paying £50m for a full back and playing him out of position? Then moving Koulibaly to accommodate him? Just give Colwill a go instead?
Really does feel like a football manager game at the moment and very un-Chelsea like.
Have city pulled out of it now?
From what I've read on here, I think the Chelsea fans would prefer to keep Colwill than lose him for a £50M left back, when they already have Chilwell?
The moment Boehly started spearheading all the club's negotiations and directions this was always going to be the outcome. It's no different to Woodward, Chelsea had better hope that a DOF / sporting director is in the pipeline because they will encounter a lot of issues down the line.
What is being done to Colwill is neither fair nor consistent.
Club already announced president of business and he is actively looking after business side of the club.1 August.
We still have no director with the ability to put the house in order and put the club back on the market, no one understands anything, not long ago I commented that the one of the few positive things was that we hadn't made any panic buys but it seems we've been going around Europe like a chicken without a head.
Todd seems far too innocent and only something very serious that we don't know about can justify Marina's removal and no planning for her replacement.
One of the big problems recently has been the departure of young talent from the club.
What is being done to Colwill is neither fair nor consistent.
Tuchel is not helping in the midst of all this mess.
Cucurella is a good player, but never a 50 million player, plus it doesn't make any sense.
It's not what we need.
It's sad.
Todd came in here with no plan at all at least on a sporting level.
