Well Mino, if you pull your finger out and make sure Mkhitaryan joins Arsenal today, it would certainly help speed things up!

P.s - can I borrow a tenner?
I can't make sure Mkhitaryan joins Arsenal while I'm here waiting for Sanchez:lol:

"The 29 year-old will be paid £14m a year after tax - just under £27m a year before tax - to join United, on top of his £30m valuation, £20m signing-on fee, and an agents’ fee worth more than £10m. That all adds up to around £180m"
What's this sudden obssession with totalling the wages over his contract to get a big number? Is it too simple to just use his weekly wage?

I just couldn't care less what they say and i don't care either about the hypocrisy of certain teams/managers.

This'll be a fantastic signing for two years. I'm not sure what happens after he declines, though. Do you just accept that he'll be there for four years and leave for nothing at the end? I suppose that won't be a problem if you get him for free.
Bravo

But that adds up to 87m?

In matter of hours, media has taken the total value of deal from 100 to 180. In few days it will be reported as 300M.

The biggest reason why in a way I look forward to Sanchez is bc it ll give us a little more still of cojones we were missing during the Moyes and LVG years. Between Matic, Pogba, and Valencia, Sanchez would add another player with some stay the f away from me attitude to our starting lineup. It's clear especially some of our academy players like Rashford and Lingard don't put up with shit either but they don't come with a natural intimidation factor.

Some clubs don't have to pay agent fee nor wage, I wonder

Swear these wages reported by the press are starting to sound like Darren Farley's spoof impression of Harry Redknapp.

"Jose Bosingwa, 700 million pounds a week!" (0:30)

Even heard that clampet Adrian Durham (my fault for switching to TalkShite in the car) saying he's going to be paid more than Messi.

Just 10 pages of Sanchez having a haircut.
Nothing much just a couple of articles suggesting its moving. Independent says the move is nearing completion as Sanchez agreed terms with Mkhi close to agreeing but guardian today said the deal can be done without Mkhi.

Very little to go by, but he had a haircut today so make of that what you will.
Thanks, lads.

So he will be looking sharp in the anmoncement video with his new hair cut

They've got it wrong, the Sanchez deal is actually worth £10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 gazillion.

These reports that Sanchez is going to earn nearly £500k per week are bs. The media always inflate the prices on every transfer we make.

Robbens only 33 now :p he's very much in the RVP boat in that he declined earlier then he would've because the insane amount of injuries. Though at the same time, when fit he was still class. Look at Valencia though. He's 32, turning 33 in the summer, has even had probably a decently big injury every other season here but is still a complete tank, because he has that obsession to stay at peak fitness. Sanchez has the same.
Ah ok, don’t know why I thought he was much older, I mean he looks about 40 tbf.

Valencia is a good one, Dani Alves is another good example I think. Tbh plenty of players at 32 are at the top of their game, I think 32 is the new 30 tbh

Worth pointing out we've just had our annual wage bill for 2016 confirmed as circa £260m, and the dumb feck journos are claiming we're giving 10% of that to Sanchez now?

Obvious bullshit is obvious, the £14m figure is probably close to accurate but before tax, and the brainless twerps have decided to gross it up to sensationalise it.

We've seen the same thing with Rooney, and with transfer fees where they've just changed a € sign to a £ sign and then later converted that back up to a higher € figure. They straight up make this shit up.

Yup. For others players play for free and agents give money to those clubs instead. Total package only becomes relevant for United's incoming transfers (of course after doubling the values while reporting for sensationalism).

Wouldn't surprise me if these ridiculous wage stories are coming from City's side just to make us look bad.

Funny when Sanchez was signing for City it was a free transfer, as soon as he’s linked with us every penny is accounted for and in the “package” the media agenda against us is unreal!
