Zlatan was pretty good at 35, so here is hoping to get 6 years of Sanchez.
He'd be able to shoot across goal with power though, so it's not that much of an issue. That would be my guess. I follow the Chilean national team pretty closely, and he used to be more on the right there, though he has been on the left for them the last couple of years. I think for Chile at least it's because their other options for the right are better than other options for the left, and their right full back (Isla) is a better attacker than the left FB (Mena or Beausejour). The drawback to him playing on the right is that he can't cut in to shoot on his preferred foot. However, I think he can provide more chances for others from the right.
But as you said, he'll drift around a lot, which fits well with our other attackers behind Lukaku that are always interchanging.
Didnt you know. All players instantly decline as soon as they turn 30. By 33 he'll be useless
He's played a handful of games and been absolutely shit while doing it.Mkhi
Troopz with Sanchez.
I've been in work meetings all day and haven't been able to check for updates
Can someone give me a brief summary please?
We'll get 3 to 4 good seasons out of him. Hopefully they will include a couple PL's and a CL.Zlatan was pretty good at 35, so here is hoping to get 6 years of Sanchez.
Please watch this folks. He’s just as good on the right as he is on the left. As Wenger said, he’s more unpredictable on the right.
I know it’s at Barca, and they obviously played a different system to us, but I still would expect him to take up those positions he took up at Barca with us, should he play on the right.
I think he will.

This'll be a fantastic signing for two years. I'm not sure what happens after he declines, though. Do you just accept that he'll be there for four years and leave for nothing at the end? I suppose that won't be a problem if you get him for free.
Jack_Granit_Henrikh_87?I’m guessing someone needs a name change soon

Cazorla is ruined, Mesut is off in the summer and Alexis coming soon
He should request a change to Jessi_Mesut_Alexis and by next season he can fit in well hereI’m guessing someone needs a name change soon

I've been asked to move on by the Babylon...Honestly what's it coming to when a man can't stand outside a school with some binoculars, looking out for a footballers motorcade passing by!

Lingard is taking over United's instagram tomorrow, if he announces Sanchez then he would single handedly destroyed AFC this season.
Also I'm not worried about the age thing at all that people seem to keep mentioning. He just turned 29, like a month ago. He's never really had any injury problems (according to transfermarkt he's missed 30 games in since I assume is when they started tracking it in 2010/11 for Udinese, so 7.5 seasons, basically means he'll miss like 4 games on average through injury), and injuries are usually go hand in hand with players who decline early. He has the type of obsession to his physique that Ronaldo does, the natural fitness and not a heavy set body type that he really needs to stay on it so he doesn't look heavy after breaks. So I'd bet by that that his prime is extended for a year or 2 compared to normal. Obviously once he's 32/33 he'll start declining more as is natural, but I'd bet he can still be a very good player then for a few years, just having a different role and obviously being rotated a lot more. Until then, for 3 full years, I'd bet that he stays pretty much at the level he's at now (or showed every year at Arsenal until this season for the most part for obvious reasons). And that's the level of a 100m player at least. Probably more.
Troopz with Sanchez.
Come on United announce it ffs, got a alot of things to do.
Robbens only 33 now he's very much in the RVP boat in that he declined earlier then he would've because the insane amount of injuries. Though at the same time, when fit he was still class. Look at Valencia though. He's 32, turning 33 in the summer, has even had probably a decently big injury every other season here but is still a complete tank, because he has that obsession to stay at peak fitness. Sanchez has the same.Robben was still killing it (injuries aside which he had his whole career) at 34/35 no? People need to realise football has changed, diets and fitness routines are way better these days. So many players keep going until their mid 30s with little decline. I mean Defoe pretty much hasn’t stopped going at all, Ashley Young we all thought was over and now he’s playing an even more physically demanding role and he’s doing just as well.
Apparently its 90 minutes London to Manchester by helicopter. That's longer than I expected to be honest.
