Not sure why Januzaj keeps appearing these lineups. He'll spend much of the year on the bench.
If we sign Di Maria and switch to 4-3-3, Januzaj would be our 2nd best winger. I'd rather see Januzaj rather than Rooney on the wing.

Di Maria on the left and Januzaj on the right in a 4-3-3 with either RVP or Rooney in the middle is pretty jizz worthy.

Midfield three of Carrick, Herrera and Mata. Also pretty good. If we could sign Strootman or Vidal then it would be epic.

Back four of Rojo, Smalling, Evans and Rafael. And that leaves us with Jones and Shaw to rotate in. Maybe Rojo plays CB and Shaw starts. Suddenly looks pretty good.

World class goalie.

And we are back competing again.

If we sign Benatia and Vidal. It would be complete. I wouldn't bother with Blind tbh. I'd rather go with what we have and wait for Strootman or try and do a deal for Carvalho.
I would always start Shaw, he is ready.

at this rate we risk finding ourselves in trouble with ffp

Not a chance, especially not with the new sponsorship deals we have signed. FFP actually works in United's favour.

This deal makes so much sense financially and certainly doesn't restrict say the signing of a Vidal or Strootman for a similar fee. Shirt sales alone will recoup a hefty sum. Just look at the support worldwide, how many would run out to buy the new Adidas kits with Di Maria or Vidal on? let alone the ones who will buy the new Nike Kits with the names on. This also helps the team achieve a top 4 finish and therefore CL qualification and that ensures United don't get a reduction in the world record fees agreed with Adidas and Chevrolet and the other sponsors. Add to that the fact that top players attract more supporters, more viewers, more ticket sales, and more sponsors. Hopefully it gets United back to winning more which again earns more cash. Like I said..... WIN WIN!

Does anybody expect us to sign any more players if this one goes through? because as smashing as Di Maria is, it's only one problem solved, which is our shite wingplay aside from a 19 year old. We'll still need another defender and central midfielder to even think about getting back into the CL.

If that happens to be the case then he'll probably leave by January or end of the year or want too.

Thankfully, I think he is good enough to force his way into the team by the end of the season tbh.

Shaw from ESPN said he might one of three signings this week. So we will have to wait and find out.

He's honestly amazing, Spoons. Our most exciting player to watch. You will absolutely love him. I'm 100% sure he'll have a direct impact on how the team plays. He'll bring fluid football back to Old Trafford. He's in his absolute prime right now.
What do you think of khedira ???

BBC is reporting this. So it's more than tabloid talk at this stage. Don't know how I feel about this, to be honest. Obviously he is a great player, and I actually think he single handedly got Real that final win against Atletico, but we now have loads of players for the front six or five and if that means losing Welbeck, it's disappointing. He'll do a Sturridge if given a chance at a club like Arsenal, I'm sure of it.

Great buy, though, but I want a quality centre midfielder.
Id be very surprised if he signed for a top 4 club as I think he is a tad over rated on here.

-------Carrick-----------
--Herrera--Di Maria------
--------Mata-----------
----Rooney--RvP-------

Some folks really underestimate our squad i see.

Having spent 125 million pounds and potentially more there would be really no excuse for LVG now not to get top 4 at least.

Not based the evidence of that first game. Injuries or not, I expected much better from the lads coming off a great pre-season. Instead it was something straight out of the Moyes era.
