Your Most Hated/Disliked PL Manager.

Thomas Frank comes to mind.

I just associate him with this rant he did when we beat them 3-1 at their place. He was like a 5 year old child the way he spoke after the game. A proper little temper tantrum.

How can you hate Ole?? Have a word with yourself fella!
As i said many, many times (our debate about Jones for example); i support club, not employees. His reign cost us. A lot. In some way it still does.
And from United legend "who loves the club" i expected that he will resign when things went completely to shit. But he waited for nice payment.
His right to take money of course but with that you lose club's legend "shield".

Why should he have, when does anyone resign and reject the payoff. Dalglish is the biggest legend in Liverpool's history and he didn't resign.

Howe at Newcastle is very annoying.
What??? Read his comments after the VAR saved Newcastle, he has dignity and honesty, unlike our clown manager that after 600m spend he is saying “if Man Utd will sack me I will win trophies somewhere else”.

Currently Guardiola, agree with a lot of what has been said already.

Mild dislike for Eddie Howe. It's a weird one, was one of the first managers I saw using the football equivalent of office type managerial-speak in the sport. It rankled me.

None of the other current ones really bother me.

Got a list from the past though! Literally been on Wikipedia picking out names. In some sort of order:

Dalglish, Howard Wilkinson, Steve Kean, Nigel Pearson, Phil Brown, John Gregory.

Lego Pep.

I think Klopp was ok towards the end, but cannot never forget his remarks about retiring the day he pays the same as us for a player just to get VvD and the goalie for 80m each or so.

Arteta has to be up there. It’s always Arsenal’s fault if they lose, can never say the opposition played well. Very similar to Wenger.

Can I ask where Arteta gets the nickname "Lego Pep" from? Is it something to do with his hair?

Imagine Pep as a generic lego man. Stick on the generic black hair and voila. It's also a thinly veiled insult at how Arteta is trying to imitate Pep.

He was going to be my shout. Just seems a bit of a prick.

Howe

if the other knobhead managers were successful at your club, you'd like them and revel in they way the annoy rival fans.

Howe however will always be a smug hamster faced gitprong.

It's weird but at this time there isn't a single manager in the Premier League I dislike. A lot of people would say Pep for obvious reasons but on a personal level, he seems very human and down to earth. It's not his fault that his football IQ is higher than everyone else. Some people just have a gift doing certain things and sometimes you just have to hold your hand up and admit they're just better than everyone else. I remember last season when City beat Burnley, and the media was waiting for him for quite some time. His reason was so admirable "Vincent Kompany is more important to me than anyone else here".
Don't believe anything he says. He's already made himself out to be a liar as he said that he would leave City if they were found guilty, now he's gone back on his word and doubled down on his stance there saying that he'd remain as manager no matter what.

He says whatever he needs to in order to suit the situation and make himself look good. He's a slimy, arrogant, weaselly and cowardly little prick who's had everything go his way for far too long.

Tuchel - very clear Norman Bates vibes. Definitely not right in the head. Something weird going on there and I really wonder what he does for fun. A lot of deep hatred for all life in those dead eyes.

Ole - perfect symbol for "dropped standards". "Trophies are for egos" tops anything Moyes said and whatever he said was too much. The last months were poison.

Arteta - looks and sounds like a teacher's pet. Talks like has the CV to match his delusions. Thinks he is destined to "win it all" while knowing that he won't. Unbearable individual at the right club. Everything and everyone is unbearable at Arsenal.

Benitez - the perfect match for RAWK's awkwardness. Socially inept and just a weird and dislikeable person. Couldn't stand him.

Yeah I was about to write Eddie Howe. I mean at first I thought he was pretty milquetoast and I liked him before but he's been an absolute nobhead about Man Utd every time we've played them since his oil money swap and he's just really dislikeable to me these days.

Not sure which other managers are on my list, generally I don't think about them.

Tony Pulis. Couldn’t stand his football.

Ronald Koeman. Every time we played his team (When Van Gaal was in charge), the media just kept repeating the same boring stuff about how they used to clash.

Surprised Alan Pardew hasn't been mentioned. I don't know what it is about him but I can't stand him.

Pep, not because he’s successful but he comes off as very arrogant and I don’t like arrogance

Also hate the way everyone uses his bullshit press statements as if they are fact. If he told me grass was green I would check. And he would know, the snake.

I have never had any particular strong feelings towards managers. Wenger was probably the manager I disliked the most when I was younger, if I had to choose.

It's Arteta. All the arrogance of Pep despite only having 2 trophies in about 6 years at Arsenal.

Jumping around on the sidelines like a buffoon. Screaming at referees. Celebrating every win like it's the world cup final. Utterly humourless and overly self serious. He's basically the main reason I can't get fully behind supporting Arsenal to finish above 115 FC.

It is not a strong dislike at all, and i am trying my best to like him. But no, Erik just rubs me the wrong way.

Arteta or Pep because of their arrogance.

Some users mention Thomas Frank. I love him and see him as incredibly likable. I have followed Brentford since they were in the Championship and have a soft spot for them. And I am deeply impressed by Thomas Frank's work at the club.
