I still believe players need more than a half or even a game to grow within a team, and Martial has had anything but that since he performed last season up until January. Instead of putting a probably declining Sanchez on the left, stick him on the right and let Martial & Rashford be on the left.

You're conflating two points. It's clear you're a massive fan of Martials, so you're happy to judge him differently to others. Either players need more than a half before you start abusing them or you don't. Because you don't like them as much isn't an acceptable qualifier.
