I dont know what you are watching. Fletcher has done what he is meant to be doing. He had 1 moment of a poor touch when he got done for the high foot but he is doing his job. He is sitting in front of the back 3 and has played more dangerous balls forward than any other player. The 2 players who are having the poorest game are Rafael and Shaw. Neither of them are being in any way effective.

Shaw and Rafael are fullbacks not wingbacks. The sooner LvG changes to back 4 the better.
