Yann Sommer | January transfer to Bayern on the cards

Alex Crooks was dreadful in the summer. Was an oddly good source at one point though, albeit briefly.

I think the one thing to take away from football journalists regarding transfers is no one is always 100% reliable, they all have good and bad spells. Unless they’re getting briefed directly from the club themselves. I’m talking about well known ones right enough, not those bluffers on Twitter that turn up when the windows open and you never hear from again.

I’ve just seen that the clumsy klutz Neuer broke his leg in a skiing accident on holiday and is out of the season (I don’t follow Bundesliga before you say ‘3 weeks late’)

So I’m fairly certain he’ll be posing for photos holding a Bayern jersey next week.
