Then why watch it at all?
I don't really. Just tuned in to see who went tonight. Haven't watched it on a Saturday for 3 or 4 weeks now.
Leave aside the matter of who will win next week fro a second, what do you make of the strong rumour that the song Climb recently released by Miley Cyrus is to be the one they'll try ot make Xmas No1?

It's absolute bullshit that this Climb song (not released that long ago) is gonna be the winners song. The only winners song I've liked most is That's My Goal by Shayne Ward. It was an original song and it's been the biggest selling song by a winner from the show (the reason for that being I think is that it wasn't a cover version). I don't understand why they can't get a team of writers to come up with a real, good song.
Should get the winner to sing 'killing in the name of'.
Why does everybody say Danyl is cocky? And anyway, so what? Stupid reason to hate him. I hate the bland ones who just stand there giving the same standard reply and acting "humble".

Danyl could've toned down some of his statements, they had the air of a person who thought it was already won or it was his right. And when your fate rests with public pinion you can't know the precise state of and your rivals particularly someone like Stacey is the complete reverse to this, you are asking for trouble.

I don't have any quotes, i am admittedly going on things said second hand in the main but there is enough to lend it credence.
Lucie will have a career, Jamie will have a stab at one, and i expect so will Danyl.
What Xmas song do you reckon the three will or should go with in the final?

i'm just hoping that his obvious talent is recognised and he gets a record deal.
even if joe wins, which is likely, he can only sing ballads ( in a musical theatre kind of way )

i like olly - not that i dislike poor little joe - it's not his fault he's so bland.
Technically Joe is the best singer but he's got the personality of a wet kipper.

This strategy of an established pop star singing with these amateurs is such a bad idea. It's really showing them up (the amateurs that is).
