Decent first half from us. Certainly not looking overwhelmed by playing a WSL1 team, the better team for long periods as well. Interesting to start getting a sense of who are players are as well.

James looks very comfortable out there, obvious why she's considered to be a bit of a prize for United, despite her age. Greenwood's more of a known quantity but she's dangerous at every setpiece. Hanson looks good, but not quite delivering the final ball. In fact that's probably a fair description of the match, some nice moves but not quite getting the final ball.

Millie Turner at the back is a rock. Lauren James omg she's a baby! But she playing ok against some experienced players.

Alex Greenwood's FK tho ... Nice. Then that chance by Jess Sigsworth...

The standout for me is James. The fact she is only 16 she is quality. Greenwood has a sweet left peg but she’s been skinned a few times she seems to lack’s some pace.

Sigsworth had a great chance to put us 1 up.

All in should be pretty happy with that first half

Think the lineup is something like this. Midfield 3 seemed to rotate with James starting as the DM then swapping with Zelem.
