Sooo, Cata classic and 3 (:eek:) new expansions announced, insane.
Trailer for the first one looks amazing, and Cata, while being quite unpopular, is the first expansion where I started my hc raiding so I’m quite hyped.
Firelands and Dragon Soul, bring it on :drool:

Feels a bit weird that legacy is now at a point where I’d stopped playing.
 
I’m tempted to come back and play retail as I have not played for many, many years… is the latest expac on sale anywhere do we know?
 
I haven't played for a long time. Just started a completely fresh character on Azjol-Nerub. Just got to the Dragonflight expansion area and I am surprised how good it is.

Soooo...

Im not sure when you stopped playing but essentially what happened was post the legion expansion which was universally loved, the game entered a somewhat steep level of decline in all aspects, story, mechanics, gameplay.

Dragonflight was a "reset" expansion where the story was pretty meh and not warcrafty, but they sorted the gameplay, systems and mechanics of the game and it was in a really good spot. TWW is bassically a continuation of this plus a better story.

Look forward to getting to grips with TWW later on then! :)
 
Still going strong on Classic Era. It has morphed into something a little odd, but I still find the occasional 40 man raid fun.

Dragonflight was a surprisingly good expansion. I jumped into it soon after release and found myself getting sucked in again. Started pushing mythic+ to the high levels, until I thankfully realised I was no-lifing yet again :lol:

The new expansion also looks promising, but for similar reasons I'm reluctant to commit :(

Aye, it's good. Hit 60 this weekend. It's a very nice and easy expansion to play through. Definitely got me loving playing again.

Can't wait to get stuck into War Within now!
 
Don’t think I’ve played this for about 6 years now. There’s zero chance I’d have the time for it now but aren’t Blizzard toxic as it gets?
 
War Within has been good so far. Delves are a brilliant addition to endgame and the classes I’ve played so far feel really good.

I don’t have much time at the moment so just doing the bare minimum to get my 616 weekly vault items but the new patch drops soon with all the updated t2 sets which look really cool I need to be farming those.

They’re on a roll with WoW. Since all the toxicity a few years ago they changed it all up and brought the likes of Metzen back and the last 2 expansion have been really well received and they have already announced the next 2 and committed to a multi xpac story

Diablo 4 is doing well also they’re slowly getting some consistency back

What's blood DK like these days? They were the worst tank for m+ last I played l.
 
Never tried playing WoW before although always thought it looked great.

I used to play RuneScape a lot years ago and I’ve just started again, so surprised at how much it’s grown.

Might have to give WoW a go at some point
