Wimbledon 2013

If Radwanksa wins this game I probably won't even watch the women's final. Her v Bartolli sounds like the shittest Wimbledon final of recent memory.
 
Lisicki has fallen apart. Not unexpected. She's extraordinarily patchy at the best of times.
 
In fact, setting aside the fun factor of Murray and Lisicki doing well, has this been the most disappointing Wimbledon in the past ten years? Pretty much all the top seeds crashed out so early, that whilst it seemed dramatic at the time, it's just meant that the final rounds -- where it should be at its best -- are just devoid of any real quality or excitement. That holds true for the men's side as well.

Almost all of the quality opponents have been in Djokovic's half and have either been knocked out by him or have knocked out themselves.

Del Potro vs Djokovic should be a cracker if Del Potro's knee holds up.

Nope.

It's been the most bizarre tournament, certainly not the most disappointing.

When all the favorites do well it's "SAME OLD SHIT! BORING AND PREDICTABLE!", yet when we actually get something different and surprising we get "SHIT WIMBLEDON! NOT WATCHING FINAL! BARTOLI LOOK LIKE DOG AND WADWANSKA IS A MUMMY!".

Quality and entertainment wise it's been great. Either Lisicki or Radwanska against Bartoli should make for a great final and it's quite likely we'll also get Murray/Djokovic which should be an absolute cracker.
 
Oh it's been a fun Wimbledon, but the thing is there has been a lot of injuries and dropouts due to this. Del Potro will be lucky to make it through the Djokovic game imo.

Saying that, if Lisicki goes out today, my interest in this years Wimbledon will be over.
 
This game has been far more entertaining than A Williams vs AN Other. The favorites getting knocked out would've only made it shit if the games have been. But largely there's been some crackers.

Admittedly we wont get a Federer vs Nadal 08 style final, but that was spoiling us anyway.
