(1) is KK's hobby. (3) has been done many times. (4) wouldn't seem a good reason. There would be no reason not to believe it was (5). Therefore it must be (2)!

OK, he did all five. He sent KK a picture of his cock, and she laughed at its paltry size, so he decided to show her it in action with one of his gay friends (while wearing a tigger suit). She didn't believe it was him, so he sent it to Bury Red for corroboration. Bury laughed at him, so he threatened to kill him in a showdown in Hull. Bury said he'd just ban him, so he got all tactical, and asked to be ghosted instead, so he could continue his evil plot. He then tried to log on as Kippax so that he could tell the world about his 'huge' genitalia - at which point Bury had had enough and ghosted him for being totally insane.

While all the time wearing a tigger suit, and cackling involuntarily.
