Amad will get alot of minutes this season.

Let’s see. If we sell Sancho then we probably will use Antony as backup to both Rashford and Garnacho, just shifting Garnacho to right if Rashford doesn’t play.

I think ETH will only ever play Amad if he has absolutely no choice at all. I don’t think he rates or likes him very much.

Yeah I think Amad is basically last resort for ETH. If he has absolutely nowhere to go, he will give him minutes, but otherwise expecting him to be glued to the bench and maybe getting 5-10 minute cameos here and there.

He has a skillset that Garnacho / Rashford / Antony don't have. I think he will get game time unlike pellestri who needs a loan and a season of first team football under him.

At this point I think it’s probably something behind the scenes that we are not privy to rather than a question of performance / skills. He might have character issues that don’t go down well with ETH’s disciplinarian style or something else that bothers the coach enough to just ignore him as a squad option, but I don’t expect his role to change much compared to last season. I don’t really buy into him being a first team player next season.

He barely got any time last season, even after Liverpool performance, and it won’t be much different next year unless we face an injury crisis on the wings that forces ETH to play him.

Personally id love to see a lot more of Amed. Given game time I think he can flourish like Mainoo has.

In a perfect world we sell Sancho and Antony and buy Williams or Doue. So we have Rashy, Amad, Garnacho and Williams, I would love it
