Being big-mouthed about signing 4 dream targets and ending up with 3 + one garbage player from the streets of Portugal is not what most fans were expecting. I always had the feeling many great players would be turned off by needing to work with Mourinho if they'd want to come here. At least Van Gaal knew how to pull them in.

I really hope it's Kieran Tierney. Future world class fullback who will probably cost 20-25m. Amazing value for the potential he has. He looks like he can do a job already too.

I really hope so too, hes incredibly gifted who can easily walk in to our starting line up. But I don't think Mourinho wants 2 attacking wing backs out on the same pitch, which is kind of disappointing to be honest.

This is not going to be popular but I have a hunch Martial wants to leave and Jose is happy to sell him if the returns are good. We once heard reports of his agent looking for alternatives for him; Jose hardly starts him; he rarely looks very excited; we are chasing Perisic/Bale/Rose; reports have suddenly come out indicating Inter and Spurs want him; he did not play a single minute in the Super Cup etc.

I hope you are wrong because Martial reminds a lot of Ronaldo in his first couple of seasons. But Ronaldo worked hard and became better at making the right decisions. Martial needs to go tell Mourinho that he is willing to do whatever it takes to make that left wing his own. Even if it means staying a bit longer after the training sessions have ended.
 
It'll be Perisic, we are just trying to bring the price down somewhat.

I am with you in this. Martial is a real talent. I just hope he is willing to do whatever it takes to win his manager over and stay long in the club.
