van de Beek. Possibly the most superfluous footballer I’ve seen play for this club. He does nothing. At least Ronaldo has the fact he’s geriatric as a defence

Donny usually completely anonymous & Ronaldo noticeably hampering anything we try to do in attack. Different issues but both shouldnt be near the starting eleven. Atleast Ronaldo still has some credit in the bank for Utd, Donnys still dining out on his Ajax performances 4 years ago.

Ronaldo is more pointless, but they both only come slightly below the likes of Maguire, Lindelof, Fred, Elanga, Sancho, and Rashford. We have a very poor set of players with a few good ones dragging the rest along.

Someone in the VDB thread unironically described him as a specialist in being invisible. Make of that what you will.
VDB is one of our most pointless signings in a very long time. It is staggering how little he does and is involved at the top level of the sport.
I have spent the last few months panning Ronaldo but lets not get silly....a traffic cone would be more useful than DvdB
If it was reworded 'who would you get shut of in Jan if only one could leave?' Then for me it would be Ronaldo. I dont know what happened after that game where he walked out, but after his ban he has started every game since with zero impact. We do have an issue upfront, but just seems odd when we have Elanga, Garnacho, and Rashford could have played upfront one time.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s season hasn’t exactly been pointless but it’s been a money sink, all for some drama and a couple of meaningless goals. Our transfer priority should be to get rid of both in January and bring in better replacements.

One of Woodwards finest. I don’t think Ole ever wanted him really, I think he was seen as a cut price Grealish alternative.
It’s criminal how we have mismanaged him and stalled if not ruined his career in the last 3 years.
Missing the point. Donny will never sell shirts and sponsorships like Ronaldo has.
