Which future sponsor would suit United the best?

 I asked ages ago and totally forgot about it. Then was discussing kits with a lad at work but couldn't find it so asked again. obviously not easy to find

I thought I vaguely remembered the mock ups you were talking about. Then realized I was just vaguely remembering the first time you asked

Let's do what those cnuts at city and PSG do, sponsor ourselves. We could have Manchester United done like an ambigram. Sell the space on the sleeve to the highest bidder.

This was done as an Atlanta FC mockup, since Coca-Cola is based there, but you get the picture...

Sharp.

Preferably with Viewcam on the away shirts, even if that's not a thing they do any more.

Actually sod it, PornHub. They sponsor a lot of good stuff and do a lot of good for the world.

Probably wrong thread
Why dont we have a shirt sleeve sponsor yet? I'd have expected us to be all over that

Might make the main shirt sponsor worth less. At a wild guess, some would like it exclusive. Don't know if it works like that or not, just an idea.

top 3:
- elon mfeking musk - in 2-3 years utd players will teleport or some lunatic stuff like that
- apple
- german wings/united airlines - dunno but those logos are c00l

Whoever it is, they need to be feking loaded.

Chevrolet's parent company is General Motors, why don't their use the General Motors brand logo or even switch our shirt sponsor to Cadillac or preferably GMC who I feel has the best logo suited to the United colours.

I read somewhere that the Chevrolet deal doesn't allow other sponsors on the kit.

I think Ed is working on something big hopefully not tinder which was rumoured recently.

Out of the 20 teams, there are 4 teams who have yet to sign a sleeve sponsorship.

Arsenal and Spurs both can't sign individual deals due to their contract conditions with their main sponsorship.

Lastly Burnley and United are the only ones left who can and have yet to sign any deals.

Burnley have one as well and it's awful.

Imagine United with something like that? Really hate this sleeve sponsorship crap that seems to be the new standard for football shirts.

My days that is hideous, looks like United are the only one left. Surprising considering Ed Woodward's usually one of the first in brand awareness and a global marketing machine.

City, Chelsea and Liverpool are getting £5-8 million per year from sleeve sponsorship which isn't huge but still something.

SpaceX is a cool and worthy sponsor. Although the logo looks a bit shan.

The PL shouldn't have allowed colours to be printed on the sleeve sponsorships, black/white vector printing only, as some of them look absolutely horrific with these rainbow colours.

When is the Chevy deal due to end?

Winner.

The Coke one looks cool, but it's not a good product, in that it's unhealthy, and it seems weird having junk food on a sports team's shirt...

Lego is really cool (unless there's some unethical thing I don't know about the company) - it helps kids be creative (and adults, I guess). It's classic, it's World famous, and the logo colours are exactly the same as our badge colours.

With Britannia in a Utd shirt
Aon is Irish for One, given the club was almost named Manchester Celtic (here), I don't think Britannia would end up on the shirt. Could be wrong though. Even Salford was popularly known as Irishtown and Little Ireland in the late 1800s. Thought Id share that with you.

Coca Cola would be great but Porsche would be top of the pile for me, anyone good at doing mock ups?

Porsche United shirt please!

Still think "United" (Airlines) looked the best. And please refrain from that sleeve sponsor nonsense. Did you see the "Angry Birds" logo on the the Everton shirts? Looked ridiculous.

I am sure we'll sign a deal from next season. Dunno what it will be, but I'm sure Ed's marketing ability will help us eclipse the amounts other teams are receiving from such sponsorship.
