Straw poll. Where do we think he'll end up?

Think these are the main possibilities...

I think he'll be here, partly because none of the above will actually want him, bar Arse and PSG, and I doubt he'll pick either of them.

We'll know for sure soon enough.

I think he'll stay. If he moves I think it will be to City.

I really think he'll be off this summer and PSG being the destination.

Having a crafty fag outside the chip shop/pie shop/kebab house/Chinese takeaway?

I've got a unfortunate feeling that we'll end up giving him a new contract but I voted Real Madrid as they will need a striker and Ancelotti seems to like him.

I also think that this is the best thing that cab happen to all the parties involved.

I think he'll stay, and it'll be another "I WANT TO LEAVE...nevermind" scenario. Honestly, I think we could benefit from selling him for big money, and make the team better than it'd be if he stayed, but he'll end up being given a new contract.

I hope he leaves, PSG or Madrid would be good with me as I'd prefer not to sell him domestically.

But if Chelsea came in with a big offer around £40million I'd snap their hand off.

Still wandering 'round Glasto, unless someone tells him that the festival's over.

I think he will stay - who can pay him £250k a week and wants him - PSG, City, Monaco, Madrid.

United will not sell to a rival so that leaves PSG, Monaco, Madrid.

Monaco are not in the Champions League.

That leaves PSG and Madrid. Either are a possibility but Rooney will be competing with players like Cavani, Suarez who are also available.

Rooney just wants another fat contract.

Man United. He'll leave within the next few years I think, but it doesn't seem like there's a good deal that we're willing to accept at the moment. That could change, but with talks ongoing I reckon he'll stay this season.

For one thing - Rooney's worth more than £20/25m, he just needs to get his shit together on the pitch & once he does that - he'll be shit hot again. So there's no chance we're just gonna give him away, when all thats needed is to get his head sorted & the rest will follow. A Rooney on form & fit is worth an extra man on the field - box to box type of thing, he hasnt been that fit to do that for a good few years though!
